  • Once you submit the Google Form, the LOC will review your information and update the participant list accordingly.

    • Presentation types

    • Contributed talk (15 talk + 5 Q&A, or 12+3)
    • Poster (A0 portrait recommended)

    Key Policies

    • Code of Conduct applies to all participants
    • Abstract revisions allowed until review begins
