Cooperation for Departmental Events
For department-wide activities (e.g., exams, thesis defenses, or academic meetings), members are encouraged to be flexible when temporary room use is needed. If a scheduling conflict arises, please contact the reservation holder directly to discuss possible adjustments.

Cancel Unused Reservations
If a reserved room will not be used, please cancel the reservation a few days in advance so that the space can be made available to others.
