About The Workshop

The field of galaxy formation and evolution is experiencing a rapid change. With the advent of high-resolution observational facilities, such as ALMA, it is now possible to learn details of galactic properties. Likewise, theoretical studies are flourishing with high-resolution simulations adopting rich physical processes.

The idea of this workshop is to get observers and theorists together and discuss a comprehensive view of galaxy formation.

Venue: 638 Science Hall, Yonsei University

Date: 2019 Jan 22-23
